Important Information:

You agree to sign a waiver of liability before trip departure, relieving Bonvoyage and its agents and employees from all liability.

We may cancel or modify a trip due to conditions and issue a refund to clients. If the trip is extended due to unforeseen events, the client agrees to pay the daily rate for additional day/days.

A DWI conviction within last 5 years may result in denied entry in to Canada.

To insure the safety of the group, the trip guide reserves the right to expel from the trip any person or persons engaging in behavior the guide deems to be disruptive or unsafe. There are no refunds in this event and the expelled party is responsible for the costs of returning to point of origin.

You are participating in an adventure trip with risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to, weather, snow and trail conditions, mechanical malfunction of the equipment and unforeseen events both natural and manmade. If it is your desire to remain in control at all times, you are most likely not suited for this type of trip.

Terms and Conditions:

A Deposit of $350.00 USD per person is required to reserve a trip.

The full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. (Unless other terms agreed upon)

The exchange rate of the U.S. - Canadian dollar is a factor in determining the cost of the trip and as such the final cost is subject to adjustment should the rate of exchange vary greater than 3% from the point at which the trip is booked.
